Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
 
We normally ship via UPS within 24 hours of receiving an order. However, in March & April that can sometimes go to 2 or 3 days (it's just that time of year!). We charge you the UPS charge that is billed to us; we do not add a handling charge or any additional fees (since we don't like it when we're billed extra). If we deem that shipping via US Mail (usually Priority Mail; often the one-rate box) is less expensive, we'll ship that way.

If we cannot ship complete, we will usually contact you and see if you'd like us to ship right away, backordering the out-of-stock item, or if you'd prefer that we hold the shipment so we can ship complete.


IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY...we handle Error, Return, Refund and Exchange issues on an individual basis so we can provide you with the personal and courteous service we've become known for.  We'll let you know how to proceed and what to expect when we reply to your email.  Please be sure to include your name and your order number when corresponding with us.  Thanks!
 
IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES AND APPEARS DAMAGED...email office.manager@dorothybiddle.com immediately and save the carton, packing material and merchandise.  We will enter a claim with the carrier and let you know what steps to take next when we reply.
